Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
• Bookings are subject to availability

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full or as per the payment schedule agreed upon
• We accept payment through approved payment gateways and methods
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

All payments made for our services are non-refundable unless explicitly advertised otherwise in the specific service offering.

Once payment is made, it is solely at our discretion to proceed with a refund, partial refund, or no refund in any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation by the participant
• Change of plans or circumstances
• Inability to attend due to personal reasons
• Medical emergencies (subject to our discretion and documentation)
• Travel restrictions or visa issues
• Force majeure events

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

If a service is explicitly advertised with refund terms, those specific terms will apply to that service only. In all other cases, our standard non-refundable policy applies.

By booking services with Kalyāna Wellness, you grant us permission to use your photographs, videos, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Use on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials
• Use in promotional videos, advertisements, and brochures
• Use in press releases and media publications
• Use in testimonials and case studies

You understand and agree that:

• We may use your image and likeness without additional compensation
• We may edit, modify, or alter images and videos as needed
• You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product
• This permission is granted in perpetuity and worldwide

If you do not wish to have your photo or video used for marketing purposes, you must inform us in writing at the time of booking or before the start of the service. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in group photos or videos taken during retreats.

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from facilitators
• Respect other participants, staff, and the retreat environment
• Comply with our Community Guidelines
• Take responsibility for your own health and well-being
• Arrive on time for scheduled activities

You acknowledge that:

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating in our services
• You have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have any medical concerns
• You will inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation
• We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice
• You participate at your own risk and release us from liability for any injuries or health issues

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances
• Change locations, schedules, or activities as needed
• Substitute facilitators or instructors when necessary

If we cancel a service, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative service. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation) due to our cancellation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• We are not liable for injuries or health issues arising from participation
• You participate in activities at your own risk

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Kalyāna Wellness and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
