Namaste! I'm a certified Yoga instructor specializing in Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga.

My yoga journey began at the age of 8, and over the years, it has not only shaped my physical well-being but also nurtured my mental and emotional growth.

Yoga has taught me the importance of mindfulness, flexibility—both in body and mind—and the strength found in vulnerability.

As a child, I was introverted and often anxious in social situations. Yoga became my refuge, helping me conquer my fears and step outside my comfort zone.

This transformative experience eventually led me to travel to over 100 countries in four years, where I gained a deeper understanding of diverse cultures and the universal wisdom of yoga.

Now, as a yoga instructor, my mission is to empower individuals to embrace the benefits of yoga, whether they seek physical strength, mental clarity, or emotional balance.

Through my teachings, I strive to inspire mindfulness, resilience, and authenticity in every student, helping them live their best lives.
